- Good quality dried pasta in variety of shapes
- Flour- Plain, self raising , strong, corn
- Baking powder, Baking soda
- Sugar - caster, raw cane, brown, icing
- Good quality honey
- Good quality chocolate -50 -70% cocoa solids
- Pulses - du puy lentils, brown and red lentils, yellow split peas, cannellini and borlotti beans, chickpeas (dried or tinned)
- Polenta
- Bulgar wheat and Couscous
- Risotto rice/ basmati/ short grain
- Capers/ Olives/ Anchovies
